Online Submission Now OPEN!


Attention Expo Presenters:


Submission Process:

We have made it easier for you to submit your presentation to us this year. For the first time, all abstracts will be submitted online through the SF GIS Expo website. Simply click here to fill out the SF GIS Expo Abstract Submission Form.

Acceptance Process:

Once an abstract has been received through the website, the submitter will receive an email confirming the submission was successfully received.
A second email will be sent from the SF GIS Expo committee to the submitter confirming the acceptance or denial of the abstract after the committee has reviewed the content of the abstract.

Presenter Details:

The SF GIS Expo committee will provide a projector and projector cord to connect to a laptop. Presenters are responsible for providing their own laptop to do their presentation.
If presenters need access to the internet, you can either contact the Palm Beach County Convention Center about access to the internet through their network by calling 561.366.3000 or you can use a mobile broadband card connected to your laptop.
